Our Policies
Respecting Time: Our Policy for Appointments
No Call No Show Policy
At Rustic Edge, we value your time and strive to provide excellent service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth and efficient appointment schedule, we have implemented a no call no show policy. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy below:
1. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to be late for your appointment. We provide a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, it will be considered a no call no show.
2. No Call No Show Consequences: A no call no show will result in a charge for the missed haircut. Payment for the missed appointment must be made within 48 hours. Failure to make the payment within the specified time frame may result in additional fees or penalties. A minimum of $30 may be assessed for any no-call no-shows.
3. Rescheduling Options: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Notification is preferred at least 12 hours in advance. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your appointment within a reasonable time frame, without any penalty.
4. Policy Documentation: We keep a record of all no call no show incidents, including the client’s name, date, and time of the missed appointment. This documentation helps us maintain a fair and consistent policy for all our clients.
